12 Voltage 18 Ah, high performance lead acid battery. Following Japanese JIS D 5301 and JIS D 5302 standard,fits for most of tricycl, general machine. Must be filled with battery acid before use. The level of electrolyte can be easily checked and can take serious impact due to the container is produced by translucent PP material.

Sufficient capacity
YUSAN has the latest international manufacturing technology, with special production method, fully utilizing active substrate, main raw material (such as: lead powder, separator, container etc.) The usage period is above 2 years under normal condition.
Good start up capability
Enlarging the active substrate reacting area; and using the thin plate that produced under our special method, so that to increase the high current discharge performance which makes the strong start up capability.
Excellent now-to-use capability
Product use the latest international technology, e.g. water cured, formation, vacuum dry technique, which could avoid plate been oxidized during the dry process, to secure the excellent now-to-use capability.
When first time using the battery, the electrolyte needs to fill in, and stand for 30 minutes. To apply the supplementary charge can make greater battery performance. The low temperature (-10 °C) inspection method is used to check the now-to use capability, to guarantee the battery performance under the unusual environment.
Great maintenance free performance
We use low antimony alloy to make the grid, the antimony content is below 2%, separator is made by PE material, which can keep the water lose at the lowest level, only refill 1-2 times still water.
Good Sealing performance
The container use high quality PP material, and hot-melt welding technology, to reduce the electric resistance, isolating from air to avoid plate oxidized, and to secure no liquid leakage during the use.
Long life
Grid is made by lead alloy which has strong corrosion resistance, advanced formula and processing technique to make lead paste have perfect adhesion, and have reduced the substrate drop off, extended the battery life.
Good Vibration-resistant performance
The container has high mechanical strengths, excellent acid resistance, good electric insulativity, plus stable hot-melt welding technology and reasonable structure, the battery is substantial, no crack.
Long storage life
Accurate manufacturing technique and great sealing performance, to make our product has long storage period. Under normal situation, the storage period above 2 years, capacity can reach above 90% of the rated capacity.
